Stereoscope Collection By Year
A stereo viewer can have several dates that mark its beginning: patent date (if any), date first manufactured, date first shown or demoed publicly, date first available for purchase by the general public, etc. Keeping the groupings to a 20-year timespan hopefully keeps things more accurate than trying to nail down any exact years. In general, Iām trying to represent when the viewer first became available for use by the public.
