View-Master Model A

This small, lightweight early '40s Model A cutie was part of a set where the buyer received the View-Master plus 7 selected reels in an attractive library file box ... all for $3.50. This particular set had 7 of the 12 early Hawaii reels (1st-generation gold label & 2nd-generation orange "waxed" reels). As with almost every one of these 80-year-old plastic Model A's, it's slightly warped - however it still works and will advance the reel if done carefully. Sounds like my life goals for 80 years old: lightweight, cute, still functional, and slightly warped. And honestly, I'll be happy with still functional!
