This looks very much like 2 mono Scoper viewers carefully assembled together to create a stereoscope. We haven’t seen it anywhere else yet but it came with a large supply of family stereoviews from the 1930s. It would be great to find out that these were personal photographs of Carl Neithold, one of the founders of CeNei, and that this viewer was an early prototype of the CeNei stereoscope. We’ll update this page when we know more.
