M. Pillischer Binocular Stereoscope

This binocular stereoscope is labeled M. Pillischer, Optician, at 88 Bond Street in London. Moritz Pillischer’s company was most notably known for its award-winning microscopes but also produced other optical instruments. It has a rotating knob in between the lenses for focusing but does not have interocular adjustment, which is typical for this style of stereoscope.
