Kyowa Film Canlook Stereo Viewer
Japan, 1970s
This rare, orange 3D viewer from the Kyowa Film company is a colorful addition to any vintage viewer collection. The colorfully designed cards have 12 stereo pairs covering a variety of topics from baseball - Sadaharu Oh from the Yomiuri Giants, for example - to animals, landmarks, UFOs, music, and more. The cards are advanced through the viewer from top to bottom using the button on top of the viewer and the title of each view shows through a little window. The back of the cards have Kyowa Video Development, Co printed at the bottom and some have reference to Gakken, which also produced 3D viewers and content around that time (see Pan-Pet).
