This Stereo-foto stereoscope gives a 3D visual tour of the inside of a Daimler-Benz factory! The color film has aged to an overall magenta hue, although some of reds and blues of the car paint colors still show through.

Duvall for reaching out to us with additional info on the Daimler-Benz Stereo-foto viewer and granting his permission to post this excerpt from one of his dealership catalogs. So much of this history gets lost over the decades so it’s nice to find artifacts that help connect the dots.
This document helps us understand at least one way these viewers were marketed and sold. It also shows that the films could be purchased separately, although it wasn’t recommended. The film in our viewer is not either of the films listed in this advertisement so we know that additional films were created.
